North Korea Tells U.S. to Expect 'Unimaginable' Nuclear Strike

North Korea has again threatened a nuclear strike against the U.S. in reaction to ongoing joint military drills involving American and South Korean militaries on the peninsula.
An article carried by the state-controlled news agency KCNA warned the U.S. would face an “unimaginable” strike in retaliation for carrying out naval drills involving the U.S. aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan and for “creating tension on the eve of war” by conducting civilian evacuation drills in South Korea this weekend.
“The U.S. is running amok by introducing under our nose the targets we have set as primary ones. The U.S. should expect that it would face unimaginable strike at an unimaginable time," KCNA stated Thursday, as reported by the South Korean news agency Yonhap.

More Chinese geologists have warned North Korea that the consequences could be catastrophic if it conducts another test at the mountainous Punggye-ri nuclear facility,  the  South China Morning Post  reports .  North Korea conducted its sixth nuclear test at the facility, situated roughly 50 miles from China's border, in early September.   Buhari Presents 2018 Budget to National Assembly President Muhammadu Buhari yestaday in Abuja presented about N8.612 trillion as the 2018 Appropriation bill to a joint session of the National Assembly, saying the projected expenditure would drive rapid economic recovery. With a benchmark of 45 dollars per barrel at an exchange rate of N305 to a dollar in 2018, the President maintained that the budget would consolidate on the achievements of previous budgets to aggressively steer the economy to the path of steady growth. Tanks have been spotted heading towards  Zimbabwe 's capital Harare. Eyewitnesses said military vehicles were also blocking major roads outside the city. Local media also reported that heavily armed military personnel had sealed off state TV broadcaster ZBC. It comes amid rising tensions between the southern African nation's military and the country's ruling Zanu-PF party, headed by President  Robert Mugabe  - the only leader Zimbabwe has known in 37 years of independence.
