After the test, a senior Chinese nuclear scientist warned that another test could blow off the top of the mountain and lead to a massive collapse, which could allow radioactive waste to be blown across the border into China. This warning came as a North Korean delegation met with the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ Institute of Geology in Beijing on September 20.  Pyongyang's September nuclear test was its most powerful yet. Tanks have been spotted heading towards  Zimbabwe 's capital Harare. Eyewitnesses said military vehicles were also blocking major roads outside the city. Local media also reported that heavily armed military personnel had sealed off state TV broadcaster ZBC. It comes amid rising tensions between the southern African nation's military and the country's ruling Zanu-PF party, headed by President  Robert Mugabe  - the only leader Zimbabwe has known in 37 years of independence.
