 Aliko Dangote is no news. He is the richest black person on earth. The following are his six secrets to becoming successful in business;

THE ABILITY TO TAKE RISK: It is the risk takers in life that adores the secrets of history .From Martin Luther King Jnr .to Mandela, to Bill Gates down to Dangote. It’s their ability to get things done against all odds that earn them success.

THE ABILITY TO IDENTIFY TALENTS: An instance is this; when Dangote spotted Joseph Makoju’s performances the then Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of West African Portland Corporation (WAPCO), he went out of him and today, he is the Managing Director of Dangote’s Cement and Special Adviser to Dangote.

THE SPIRIT OF ADVENTURE: The nerve for adventure is a secret to Dangote’s business success… The spirit of adventure to the South African nation in the 1980s moved Dangote from importation to manufacturing and Nigeria indeed, Africa have become better for it.

HARD WORK: Dangote said he learnt this virtue from his Grand Father Sanusi Dantata. He said ‘’once you are ready to work and consistent, you would make money’’.
